In May 2014, the Basel Derbygirl Kollektiv met for the first time, determined to bring roller derby to Basel - and, in true Derby-spirit, we've done it all ourselves: training, coaching, promotion, and management. Since those early days, we have grown to 25 members and counting, and are proud to be a truly diverse and multicultural team, welcoming players of all genders, races, age, sexuality and skill.

EVENTS
We love training, but nothing gets our blood pumping like testing our skills on the track in front of a live audience. In roller derby, our matches are called “bouts." Come and enjoy this adrenaline-pumping, high-intensity sport. Bring your friends, colleagues, family… whomever! Roller derby brings people together, and having a crowd cheer us on makes it all the more fun!
